Reservations

We look forward to hosting you.

We release reservations on the 15th of each month at 12:00 PM PST (mid day) for the following month.

We offer tables for 1-6 guests in our main dining room. If tables for your desired date or party size are not available online, please contact us on dine@haisan.ca to inquire about possibilities and availability. For larger bookings/buyouts please send us an email.

Running Late

We hold your table for fifteen minutes past your reservation. If you are running late, please send us a text or call at ______ and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations

To cancel, reschedule, or modify a reservation, guests must contact us 48 hours prior to their reservation time. Since there is a considerable amount of preparation involved with each reservation, any cancellations or modifications to reservations within 48 hours of a guest’s reservation time, including same-day reservations, will be subject to a cancellation charge.
