Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday.
Please allow 3 to 3.5 hours for the dining experience.
Bookings open on the 15th of each month at 12:00 PM PT for the following month.

Waitlist and private dining
We accommodate parties of 1 to 6 online via our reservation link. For larger groups, private buyouts, or waitlist inquiries on fully booked dates, please contact us directly at dine@haisan.ca.
Dietary needs
Please share any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking, and our chefs will build your menu around them.
Arriving
We hold reservations for 15 minutes past your booking time. If you are running behind, please call or text us at (604) 401-8168 so we can plan accordingly.
Cancellations
Due to the preparation involved with each service, cancellations or reductions in party size within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. For schedule adjustments or to add seats, please contact us directly at dine@haisan.ca, and we will do our best to accommodate your plans.
